Careers at Wisp

Help build Miami’s calmest mobile car-care experience

Wisp is building a small, standards-driven team for premium mobile detailing, ceramic care, and route operations in Miami. We are collecting interest for launch and early growth roles; submitting the form is not a job offer or a guarantee of an interview.

Planned role tracks

Roles Wisp may open as routes grow

These are the practical tracks Wisp is collecting interest for. Timing and availability depend on route demand, property partnerships, and owner-approved staffing plans.

Mobile Detail Technician

Hands-on mobile detailing for Wisp customers in select Miami neighborhoods, including condo garages, office garages, private driveways, and executive garages.

Location
Miami service area; routes may include Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Pinecrest, Aventura, Key Biscayne, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, and nearby approved addresses.
Type / schedule
Launch-stage field role. Part-time, contract, or employee structure may vary by final staffing plan, route volume, and owner approval.
Requirements
Careful vehicle handling, valid driver’s license where driving is required, comfort working in garages/private properties, reliable arrival windows, and ability to follow Wisp checklists.
Compensation
Compensation will be shared before interviews once owner-approved ranges are finalized; framing may vary by experience, route type, and role structure.
Hiring process
Application review, short phone screen, practical standards conversation, and a paid or observed skills evaluation if the role moves forward.

Lead Detailer / Field Trainer

A senior field role for experienced detailers who can model Wisp standards, coach newer technicians, and help protect quality across routes.

Location
Miami field routes and training visits across Wisp’s active service neighborhoods and property-day locations.
Type / schedule
Early-growth leadership track. Schedule depends on route density, training needs, and launch timing; not every cycle will have an active opening.
Requirements
Strong detailing background, paint-safe process discipline, ability to inspect work, train calmly, document issues, and communicate clearly with clients or property staff.
Compensation
Experience-based compensation or lead premium will be discussed only after owner-approved role terms are available.
Hiring process
Application review, experience screen, standards interview, reference or work-example review when available, and field evaluation before offer consideration.

Property-Day Crew Member

Crew support for organized Wisp service days at residential buildings, office garages, and managed properties where access and timing matter.

Location
Condo, office, and managed-garage properties in approved Miami service areas.
Type / schedule
Event-style or route-based work tied to scheduled property days; hours may be limited during launch and depend on property partnerships.
Requirements
Reliable arrival, clean presentation, comfort following property rules, ability to support setup/breakdown, vehicle prep, basic detailing tasks, and team checklists.
Compensation
Property-day compensation will be disclosed before any working day is accepted; no exact rates are posted until approved by the owner.
Hiring process
Application review, availability check, brief screen, and property-day expectations review before any trial or scheduled crew assignment.

Dispatch / Client Operations

Client and route support for appointment windows, property access notes, applicant/customer follow-up, and calm operational communication.

Location
Miami-focused operations support; work location and remote/in-person expectations depend on the final role design.
Type / schedule
Launch support track that may start as part-time or fractional support based on inquiry volume and route activity.
Requirements
Organized written communication, comfort with forms/CRM-style tools, attention to access notes, scheduling judgment, and a hospitality-minded tone.
Compensation
Compensation structure will be confirmed before interviews once the owner approves the operations scope and schedule.
Hiring process
Application review, communication screen, scenario-based operations exercise if relevant, and final owner conversation before any offer.
